Your deliverables, explained

The right files for the next step.

Some files are made to share. Others are made to edit. Use this guide to tell us what you need before the work begins.

These are format options, not a promise that every service includes every format. The quote confirms exports, editable sources, resolution, platform compatibility and permitted use. Proprietary source formats, third-party assets and production requirements are agreed separately.

PDF

Review & print layouts

Keeps a consistent page layout for sharing and review. Print dimensions, bleed, and supplier requirements must be agreed.

PNG

Transparent graphics

Useful for logos, illustrations and screen graphics. Transparency and pixel dimensions depend on the agreed export.

JPG

Screen-ready images

A compact image format for photographs and flattened graphics. It does not preserve transparency or editable layers.

SVG

Scalable vector artwork

For agreed vector artwork that needs to scale cleanly. It is not a substitute for a photograph or a layered illustration source file.

DOCX

Editable documents

For changing business copy and documents in compatible word-processing software. Fonts and layout may vary between applications.

PPTX

Editable presentations

For changing slide text, layouts and charts in compatible presentation software. Specific app compatibility is agreed in advance.

XLSX

Editable workbooks

Keeps workbook sheets, formulas and formatting. Macros, live feeds and specialist integrations are separate unless included in scope.

CSV

Simple table exports

For exchanging one flat data table. It does not retain workbook formulas, multiple sheets, formatting or charts.

HTML

Web page structure

The page content and structure of a static website. Hosting, a domain and any working form destination are separate requirements.

CSS

Website styling

The styles that control layout, spacing, colors and responsive behavior alongside the website files.

JS

Website interactions

The code for agreed browser interactions. It does not by itself provide a server, email delivery or third-party integrations.

MP4

Finished video exports

For sharing an agreed finished video. Resolution, duration, aspect ratio and included footage are confirmed in the quote.

SRT

Timed caption text

A caption file with text and timing. Platform support varies; translation and embedding captions in video are separate unless agreed.

VTT

Web caption tracks

A timed caption format commonly used with web video. It is a text track, not a finished video export.

TXT

Plain-text notes & briefs

Easy-to-open text for a request summary, implementation notes or other agreed plain-text content.

ZIP

Organized file packages

A container that groups files for download. The contents, editable source files and any license notes are agreed per project.

Editable source or finished export?

Editable source
A document, vector, slide or workbook you can change using compatible software. Tell us which application you use.

Finished export
A PDF, image, video or other file prepared for the agreed use. A flattened image does not include its original editable layers.

A digital mockup previews a design; it is not a physical product or a final manufacturing proof. Your printer or supplier confirms production specifications.

Before you choose

A few useful answers.

What does a starting price cover?

The starter scope shown next to the item. Quantities repeat that scoped unit. Extra complexity and additional work are confirmed in your quote before acceptance.

Can I change a starting combination?

Yes. Add individual items, change quantities, write specifications or remove selections. Adding a starter does not duplicate an item already selected.

Which files will I receive?

Typical formats appear next to each service. Tell us which software, sizes and exports you need; the written quote confirms the actual handoff and any editable source files.

Are printing, hosting or subscriptions included?

Only if explicitly included in the written scope. Our catalog is for digital work. Physical production, domains, hosting, ad spend and third-party subscriptions are separate.

What should I prepare?

Your approved business details, copy, existing brand files, reference examples and intended use. Tell us any required dimensions or software. Keep passwords and confidential customer records out of the initial inquiry.

Does reviewing my bundle send an order?

No. Review prepares a request. Download it and email it yourself. Automatic submission is unavailable, and the website cannot confirm receipt. Work, final pricing and timing require agreement.
